Installation

Connecting with Xtream Codes

Launch Dev IPTV, select Xtream Codes API as your connection method, and enter your server URL, username, and password. The app connects and presents your channels in a categorised layout. The initial load typically takes around 30 to 60 seconds for a standard-sized playlist. Subsequent loads are faster as the app caches your channel data locally.

Interface and Experience

Dev IPTV's interface feels more modern than most IPTV players. Channels are displayed with logos in a grid or list layout (configurable in settings), and the colour scheme is easier on the eyes than some of the harsher themes used by competitors. The EPG presents programme data in a clean timeline, though it is not as feature-rich as TiviMate's grid view.

VOD support is a genuine strength — if your provider includes movies and series, Dev IPTV presents them in a Netflix-like browsable layout with poster images, descriptions, and genre categories. Who Should Use Dev IPTV?
