IPTV Reseller Panel Guide — How Panels Work
How IPTV reseller panels work. Create subs, manage customers, monitor lines, and handle renewals from your dashboard.
What Is a Reseller Panel?
Think of your reseller panel as the back office of your IPTV business. It is a web-based dashboard, usually accessible from any browser on your phone or computer, where you manage everything — creating new customer subscriptions, extending existing ones, checking how many active lines you have, monitoring your credit balance, and handling renewals. You never need to touch a server, configure a stream, or do anything technical. The panel handles all of that.
Most panels look similar regardless of the provider. You get a login URL, a username, and a password. Once inside, the layout typically shows your credit balance at the top, your active lines count, and options to create, edit, or delete user accounts.
Creating a Customer Subscription
This is the core action you will perform dozens of times. When a customer pays you, you log into your panel, click “Create Line” or “Add User”, fill in a username and password (or let the system auto-generate them), select the subscription length (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), and click Create. The system deducts the appropriate credits from your balance and generates Xtream Codes credentials — a server URL, username, and password.
You then send these three details to your customer via WhatsApp, and they enter them into their IPTV app. Total time from payment to customer watching: under 3 minutes once you know the panel.
Managing Existing Customers
Your panel shows a list of all active subscriptions with expiry dates. Most panels let you sort by expiry date so you can see which customers are due for renewal soon. Proactive renewal reminders — a WhatsApp message a few days before expiry saying “Your IPTV renews in 3 days, shall I extend it?” — dramatically improve retention rates. The customers who leave are almost always the ones nobody reminded.
Extending and Modifying Subscriptions
When a customer renews, you do not need to create a new account. Find their existing subscription in the panel, click “Extend” or “Renew”, select the new duration, and confirm. Their existing credentials continue working without any interruption. The customer does not need to change anything on their device. This seamless experience is one of the reasons IPTV has such high retention rates — renewing is effortless for both sides.
Monitoring Your Business
Check your panel daily, or at least every other day. Watch for expired lines that have not renewed (potential churn you can prevent with a message), unusual spikes in your active line count (which could indicate credential sharing), and your credit balance approaching zero (always keep a buffer of at least 10 credits so you are never unable to serve a customer who wants to sign up).
Panel Security
Your panel login gives access to your entire customer base and credit balance. Use a strong, unique password. Do not share your panel credentials with anyone unless you are deliberately building a sub-reseller network. If your provider offers two-factor authentication on the panel, enable it. A compromised panel means someone else can create accounts using your credits.
